Pinterest. Really?

Assalamualaikum!

I'm huge fan of DIY. I literally spent most of my free time making things. Some worked and some not. But it's the accomplishment when you did something by yourself that really satisfies you kan. If you're really a cheapskate like I am (well, not that extreme), but I am really stingy when it comes to spending money on expensive stuffs especially when I thought I can also make 'em on my own. Like wey, really, it costs you like a few bucks and you're seriously going to freak out on how much you can save lor hihi.

So by referring to Pinterest, you get to see so many cool stuffs to make and it doesn't cost you that much. How awesome iz dat?!

              

              

Tapi there's a catch. Tak semua DIY yang di post semuanya betul. Like making your own makeup, it's something that you put on your face kan, so make sure that you don't have any allergic reaction to the stuffs. Kang lain pulak jadinyaaaa huhu.

So I was interested in making my own lip scrub (if you bought one from the drugstore, it probably costs you around RM30+ depending on the brands, like pffft), so I referred to Pinterest and made one! It's super easy and it's all organic and you only need like 3 ingredients.

Anddddd it's so easyyyy you just make one using the stuffs that you have in the house! Except for the tub tu lah, iols beli kat kedai Mr. DIY and it cost you like RM2+ for 2 or 3 tubs.

It was originally black, but I painted my shoes with acrylic paint and changed my old shoe lace with a pink one (also bought from Mr. DIY for RM1+). My sister loved it so much that it eventually becomes hers pft. Oh, I also learnt a few tips and tricks on Pinterest so it's not all about making things (pssst, beauty tricks help alot wooot!)

It's really interesting to see whether the stuffs they're (claimed) making are real or not. To be honest, I couldn't stop watching all Tried and Tested videos, like, they're so cool and you get to see so many stuffs and tricks there. So do check 'em out.
